In 2020 Padana Tubi is turning 50.
After the establishment of the company in 1969, a first plant of 3.000 square meters was built in Via Portamurata, Guastalla, in which a cutting line for coils and a roll forming line for carbon steel tubes were installed.
In 1970, for the first time, Padana went on the market with a small range of round, square and rectangular tubes.
After 50 years of commitment, dedication, difficulties that have been overcome and changes, today Padana Tubi works on a covered area of 400.000 square meters producing and selling approx. 900.000 tons of tubes per year, with a wide range of dimensions and grades, which places Padana among the biggest and most esteemed European producers.
On the occasion of this 50th birthday, beyond the productive and economic achievements, we all are being asked to reserve and to carry forward in time the company’s values, which are those of the centrality of the person and the dignity of the work, the valorization of the skills, loyalty, the respect of the rules, the protection of health and safety, the environmental protection.
Such an important anniversary is an opportunity to express gratitude to all those who have cooperated over the years for the life and the growth of this company.
We thank our collaborators and their families, the town of Guastalla and its civil, military, healthcare and security authorities.
We thank our customers and suppliers, who encourage us to improve every day, enough to deserve the trust they place in us.

In the next months, we will live together some moments in order to celebrate this anniversary and express our gratitude and affection to all who have made and make it possible. Among them, some main stages marking the seasons:

• In December 2019, for all our collaborators, we will organize a cardiovascular screening on a specially equipped jumbo truck, thanks to the friends of the Foundation Per Il Tuo Cuore, coordinated by the valuable collaboration of Dr. Alessandro Navazio and his staff, who made it possible.
• In April during the Tube & Wire Düsseldorf Exhibition, which is the main event of our sector, we will trigger daily events for our customers and suppliers, with moments of meetings, thoughts and planning.
• In autumn, the traditional company dinner, is going to be an even more special time of celebration, with music, fun and surprises.
• Finally, during the 2020 Christmas Time, we will open our plants for an exchange of good wishes during a Holy Mass chaired by Mons. Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki, Archbishop of Lvov, Ukraina and former secretary of Pope John-Paul II. We will also live a convivial moment dedicated to our collaborators of yesterday and today, along with their families, civil authorities and the Town of Guastalla.
